Return Policy

We only accept returns if your item is damaged or not as described.

If this applies to your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at respect.ldn@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
